Any information and all matters connected with and relating to customer are confidential and no party shall disclose them to any other person except if required by law or unless by prior written consent or waiver of the customer is first had and obtained.

Standards
We aim to provide the highest standard of professional service and are focused on the concerns of our customers. If for any reason you feel you have not received the level of service expected or have an issue to raise, please contact myself/to discuss how the problem may be resolved to your satisfaction.

Cancellation Fees
We reserve the right to charge a fee if our appointment is cancelled within 2 days or by prior arrangement. If a callout is made and subsequently cancelled upon arrival a 50% callout fee of no less than $110 or half the retail price of the job (plus cost of parts) will be charged.

12 month warranty provided on all new products supplied and fitted and 3 month warranty on all repairs.

Payment accepted:
cash, cheque or direct deposit.
